Maintenance & Support
Intalisan offers an option to subscribe to Maintenance & Support (M&S) package with all software products we develop. M&S enables you to receive priority technical support and entitles you to development of new product features and even new software during subscribed M&S hours.

How it works
By subscribing to any of M&S packages you receive certain amount of hours a month that could be spent on resolving maintenance and support issues, user training and software development.
M&S hours are allocated on monthly basis. It means that you can use only certain amount of hours per month (see Packages table, Hours per month column). If allocated hours exhaust, maintenance issues will be scheduled for beginning of the next month. You also have an option to use Overdue hours. Overdue hours could be taken only after package hours have exhausted and cost $25 per hour for any package. Hours unused during the month will not be transferred to the next month.
M&S plans for more than 1 month gives you additional bonus hours. The more months of M&S you take, the more bonus hours you receive. Total bonus hours you get for the M&S period are shown in Packages table, Bonus hours per period column.
M&S covers all your software developed by Intalisan, so there is no need to subscribe for M&S for each product separately.
Hours calculation example:
1. Lets choose Standard package for 1 year period, for instance.
2. This option gives 16+6 hours per month, which means you will receive 16 package hours and additional 6 bonus hours per month.
3. Total bonus hours you will get during 1 year will be 72, that is shown in Packages table, Bonus hours per period column.
4. Total hours will be calculated as: 16+6=22 (hours per month including bonuses) * 12 (period in monthes) = 264 hours a year.
